This does come with a bottle of ink. I'm not sure how much is in the bottle. I know they the ink in the pen does need to be replaced. The small gold piece on the base has the letters ''ASF" engraved onto it. Due to the value of this item it will be shipped via USPS priority mail with full insurance.
