Excellent condition, this is designed to sit over the cup and steep the tea, and it can also be hung on the wall. Stamped Germany on the handle. I think it's age is 1870 - 1945, pre Berlin wall, and closer to the older side. Not polished. I don't knoe if this is Victorian or Edwardian, it's just my guess.  It looks handmade and it is perfect condition.   5.5 x 2 inches.
