Physically, not in the best condition - plenty of scratches and scuffs around the exterior and visible wear around the corners and edges. The screen has marks on it from the keys. The track pad isn’t the most responsive - I always used it with a mouse.

Upgraded the ram from 16GB to 24GB - I would recommend upgrading that to 32GB once you get it, it’s a cheap upgrade for a solid performance boost.

Used this for video editing and graphic design; it was great, but as my work evolved, it wasn’t enough power to efficiently cut through hours of 4K footage with effects in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
