All of these historical documents and autographs that I am listing came out of a 19th century scrapbook that I purchased about 30 years ago. I am finally getting around to removing many of the items which includes numerous historical autographs, and paper ephemera. I have not authenticated any of these but some have information on them which will give you information on age. This auction is for a 19th century advertisement card for a brownstone building. This card measures about 2 3/4” by 5”. This was obviously trimmed around the edges as I can see a partial publisher name at bottom but cannot make out the bottom half of the name. Reverse has lots of real estate information. Reverse is heavily soiled. The colors on front are very strong and this would look fantastic if once its matted and framed especially if you live in a brownstone house.
