While I offer "free returns" . . . . if you return this item:

  • New items must remain in the New condition they were in when received
  • Original sealed packaging must still be Sealed
  • Items must be Carefully packed with packing material used as shipped to you.
If there is a problem with your item or you feel you need to return it, please contact me directly through eBay. This works best for both parties to resolve any problem.

Payment

Purchases require Immediate Payment, otherwise the item stays active until your payment is made. If no payment is made by the 4th day after the listing has ended a "resolution" will be filed.

Shipping

I ship within 24 hours of your payment (excluding weekends and holidays). If you live in an apartment make sure you have provided your correct apartment information and a secure area where your item can be delivered. If your package is missing, you must contact your local post office or UPS.

Terms of Sale

Look at all pictures closely and read All information before making your purchase. Returns are only accepted if the item was GROSSLY misrepresented, not because you decide you do not want or like the item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pre-owned puzzles are either worked or counted by me and are 100% complete. If a piece is missing, it was lost in your possession. In the case of a return, it will be My decision if the item is to be returned. The item will need to be in the original package and DELIVERY CONFIRMATION will be REQUIRED. Money will be refunded into your Paypal account. I DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS.
