This is a Royal Navy-issue beret to a Royal Navy Commando.
The size is 59cm.

It has a leather band with its full-length, inner ribbon.
Its inner, black-cotton lining is present and in excellent shape.
The lovat-green-coloured beret material and the band are in unused and near-new condition.
The beret badge is the bi-metal badge for CPOs. It is in excellent shape.
In addition there are a pair of rank slides to a CPO. In used but excellent condition.
There is also a slightly used, velcro-backed chest-patch to the Royal Navy.
Lastly there is a new TRF to the Royal Navy.
Weight is 114g.

Tips on How to Measure your Head Size
MEASURE: You can use a tape measure or a length of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure to determine the length. Place the string or tape around you head about 1/8” above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically you need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
SIZING TIPS:
1. Small is usually 55cm, medium is usually 57cm, Large is usually 59cm, X-Large is usually 61cm and 2X-Large is usually 63cm.
2. On any style of hat, we highly recommend getting a centimetre or inch measurement of your head size before placing an order.
