Seems to be a Ladies watch but I don't see why it couldn't be a Mens watch too.

It has a two merging colour tone face Gold and brown, with Gold colour strap and working clasp.

This watch hasn't been used for a while and I believe it only needs a battery and have no reason to believe it wouldn't work.
