Domestic shipping is a flat rate for orders under $20 if choosing first class. International shipping rates are provided by eBay through the global delivery system. All orders ship within three business days after the date payment is received. A business day is considered a working day (Monday thru Friday) excluding bank holidays where the postal service does not deliver mail.
