This is a BARGAIN, Interesting RARE Unframed, Colonial Bird Lithograph Print, by Polish / Australian Artist GRACIUS BROINOWSKI, (1837 - 1913).

It is signed in the print lower right, and was produced in 1890. It has the Bird Detail Sheet attached, as well, and is Far Brighter than the photos show..

It is titled lower centre, "POLIOAETUS LEUCOGASTER"; or WHITE BELLIED SEA EAGLE;  (KEMP). This Eagle is now most likely Extinct in Australia. 

Note this is an Authentic 1890 Lithograph, and NOT a Modern Reproduction.  

It is from Volume VI, Plate XLV. From Broinowski Birds of Australia, published 1890-92.

It has come from a Folio of Gracius Broinowski Bird Lithographs. It is printed on cream paper. It is Unframed, but is Ready for Framing.

NOTE; This Lithograph is in Excellent condition.

BROINOWSKI, Gracius. (Born Poland 1837, arr Vic, 1857, Died Mosman NSW, 1913). Ornithological Artist, Art Teacher, Melb, settled in Sydney 1879. Painted Birds and Mammals for NSW Schools, "The Birds of Australia", his most Important work, which was published in Lithographic Volumes in 1890-92. These volumes were available only by subscription. The aim of this publication was to 'replace,' Gould's Birds of Australia. He painted and Illustrated hundreds of Birds of all kinds native to Australia. His Colourful prints are highly collected by Bird Enthusiasts throughout Australia, and around the World.

It is in Excellent Condition, on paper, with no staining, and measures, 14 inch by 10 inch, (35.5cm x 25.5cm). (Image size).
