This is a nice Lesney Matchbox Die Cast Military Lomas Ambulance painted Olive Green.  It is made of Metal with plastic trim and has good detail, note the Rear.  It is about 2 1/2 inches long and is in good condition but shows play wear, is missing the rear doors, shows rust and has been repainted.
