Use and Maintenance

1. Please put the working surface before use Wipe clean, no water droplets, dirt, dirt, and other foreign matters remain on the top and bottom.

2. Place glass slides, sample bottles or other utensils.

3. Connect the power supply, close the power switch, place the selector switch at the setting end, adjust the temperature to the temperature you need, and then place the selector switch at the measurement end. At this time, the actual temperature of the thermostatic plate is displayed. When the temperature needs to be higher than the actual temperature, the indicator light is on, indicating that the heater has started to work, and the indicator light is on to indicate that the heating has stopped and is in a constant temperature state. At this time, when the temperature fluctuates, the indicator light automatically switches (no operation is required) to make the temperature of the constant temperature board temperature. keep constant.

4. When the thermostatic plate is in working condition, a special person should take care of it.

Temperature Control Instrument Operation Manual

1. Set temperature: Press the SET key to set the temperature, press the SET key, the lower row of digital tube data flashes (the upper row of normal temperature measurement), indicating that the instrument enters the temperature setting state, press the △ key to increasing the setting value, press the ▽ key to set The fixed value decreases. If you continue to press the increase key or the decrease key, the setting value will change quickly. Press the SET key again and the instrument will return to the normal working state. The temperature setting is complete.

2. Correction of sensor error: The displayed value can be corrected when it is confirmed that the value displayed by the meter is not the correct measured value. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter SC, cooperate with the △ or ▽ key to modify this parameter. The range of sensor error correction is +50 to -50. After the correction is completed, press the SET key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the meter is 0 when it leaves the factory, and it is necessary to prevent the correct display of the meter from being corrected to incorrect when using it.

3. Start auto-tuning: This product can adapt to most control systems. Only when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory can auto-tuning be started. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter At, cooperate with the △ or ▽ key to start the auto-tuning Tuning. At this time, the At indicator starts to flash and the instrument enters the auto-tuning parameter working state. The instrument control heating system fluctuates twice at the set point.
