Size on both labels is Youth Large (approx 12-13 years).

Nice clean condition.

A few small pulls on the t-shirt shoulder (last photo).

Please check the measurements.

THE BOTTOMS: 

Elasticated waist is between 28-31 inches.

The inside leg is 27.5.

THE SHIRT:

Underarm to underarm is 17 inches.

Full length down the back is 24.
