  • An open-ended frame provides a number of advantages over the more conventional closed-frame designs. Your trap bar can now do a variety of exercises in addition to deadlifts and shrugs, including split squats, Romanian deadlifts, weighted carries, lunges, and more.

  • This bar has a deadlift jack built-in - making it quick and easy to add and remove plates. This is an extremely rare feature on a home gym hex bar, and something normally only featured on high end models. The weight plates are lifted by vertically rotating the bar like a lever until it is resting on the foot of the jacks.

  • Rotating sleeves. Unlike most trap bars on the market, our trap bar features bushing rotating sleeves for reduced torque from the plates, a secure grip and less stress on your wrists and elbows
