Product features:
- Crankshaft position sensor is one of the most important sensors in engine electronic control system, it provides ignition time (ignition advance Angle), confirm the crankshaft position signal, used to detect piston top dead center, crankshaft Angle and engine speed.
- The sensor is characterized by good induction effect and high speed. Sensor is a detection device that can feel the measured information, and can transform the felt information into an electrical signal or other required form of information output according to a certain law to meet the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control.
- Fuel injection control: In addition to controlling the ignition timing, the Crankshaft Position Sensor is also used to monitor the rotational speed and position of the crankshaft for precise control of the fuel injection system. By detecting the position of the crankshaft, the ECU can calculate the optimal fuel injection time and amount to ensure efficient fuel combustion and normal engine operation.
- Diagnose engine faults: The crankshaft position sensor can also be used to diagnose engine faults. If the sensor malfunctions or the signal is abnormal, the ECU will detect the problem and store the corresponding fault code in the vehicle's fault diagnosis system.
