Up for your consideration is a very nice little girls' skirt/skort from Old Navy Active.  It is black with a double ruffled layer in shades of black and purple, along with a white accent stripe.  It has a wide waistband, attached black undershorts, and the fabric is lightweight and comfortable to wear.  100% polyester, size Medium (8), and in Excellent condition.
