Pair of English sterling silver napkin rings, one engraved "RWC" on the body and the other "IHC"or "JHC" ?, weighing a total of 2.64 troy ounces, and both measuring 1 3/4 inches in diameter and 1 inch high, marked above the lower outside rim with the English hallmarks:  the maker "W & JAB" for W. & J.A. Baxter, the crown for the town of Sheffield, the lion for sterling, and the date letter "B" for 1944.  There are tiny nicks and scratches around the ring body and tiny nicks around the rims, and one ring is slightly out-of-round, otherwise in good condition.
