This is a used motor that is approximately 4 years old. The motor has been tested and works perfectly. This was pulled from a project we completed when we replaced some existing exterior retractable storm shutters. Like I said these are used and sold “as is” but they have been tested and work perfect. It does not come with a power cord but I can add a 6 foot cord for no charge if you want. Motor has minor scratches as to be expected with a used product.
