Vintage Women's Fashion Front linen "dickie" collar. Ivory color with cut out fancy front (see pics), back has a scalloped edge collar. Unsure of size, looks small. Elastic on the bottom to hold at waist after tucked in. Button down front, closed at bottom. Very pretty! Shoulder to shoulder 12 1/2", front neckline to hem 13", back neckline to hem 14 3/4", bottom 6" but elastic adds inches to fit around waist. Elastic needs replaced if going to be worn, with age it has lost elasticity.
