This is an authentic harness used by special forces such as MACVsog during the Vietnam War. 

As for the condition of the item, there are minimal noticeable scratches or dirt on the hardware, making it in excellent condition considering the manufacturing era of the harness. There are also few loose seams or frays on the bar tape, making it suitable for use in airsoft games without any issues.

To adjust the size, some parts of the fabric are secured with vinyl tape. If there are any fitting issues, please adjust it accordingly.

However, please refrain from using it as an actual harness. 

This harness was adopted as part of the protagonist Snake's equipment in Metal Gear Solid 3 and has become a popular item. However, it is rarely found on the market, making it extremely rare. 

It is essential not only for cosplay but also for reenactments and historical airsoft games when equipping special forces gear.
