Unfortunately, we only get so many spots in a listing for pics and we try to do our best to describe the condition and take photos but sometimes are limited due to the listing platform.

RETURNS: Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold AS-IS, no refunds or exchanges! Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchase! We are more than happy to answer any questions or send additional photos of any item we have listed. What you see is EXACTLY what you get, nothing more or less. Any testing (if applicable) that has been done will be listed in the description.
SHIPPING: Most packages ship within 1 Business day after receiving payment however we reserve the right to ship up to 3 days from payment received.
For items that shipping is not included - Please note that calculated shipping is based on USPS with this item coming from Northwest Pennsylvania and shipping to your location. We have zero control over what these fees are as they are determined by the carriers and not us.
We do our best to package our items up so that they safely arrive to you using recycled materials as we want to do our part in helping the environment. All packages are shipped with the utmost care and proper packing materials to ensure safe delivery. However, accidents can happen by those carriers outside of our control. If your item arrives broken, please contact us ASAP so that we can provide you with the information needed to submit a claim. You will need to hold onto this item and sometimes, due to carrier rules and regulations return to them for inspection.
To determine your shipping cost, please use the shipping calculator. We reserve the right to ship for the same cost via another carrier, especially if we can see that it is a better service for you. We prefer to ship by UPS or USPS. *We also can accommodate local pickup – please contact us if interested. Shipping can be combined when possible and requested for multiple items. Please let us know this so we can help you save more!

As resellers, we sell a variety of items and do our best to accurately and completely describe all items. We do not always know the history of each item but do include in the listings anything that we do know.
We would never lie by omission, and we try to include any and all condition issues. We also post pictures that may be enlarged to better see condition and details of items. Selling mostly pre-owned/vintage items, some wear is to be expected like surface scratches, fading, etc. Anything more than appropriate wear should and will be properly documented.
