Hello there 1st let me say I am not a collector I do not know the terminology in stamp collecting so please keep that in mind while looking at this listing.

IN This set the stamps are Mint never hinged (MNH) they are like I just purchased them at the post office. This is the whole kit/program, nothing has been used.
