You are looking at a variety of bezel making tools.  These tools are calibrated for various sizes.  I will provide a copy of the worksheet for the measurements of the required bezel sizes.  Calipers with sharp edges work very well for marking the measurements on silver bezel sheet.  These tools were mainly used for mass production sterling silver jewelry bezels.
