Victorian type -  Short, Black Satin Cape with black lace appliqué across cape.  Black lace frill around neck. Width at bottom 112”;  collar to hem 16”; neck 13 1/2”.   

Two tears at collar hooks on either side exposing lining(see pic).  Interior seams are hand done.  Good condition.
