I believe unit is faulty, but maybe i just dont know how to use it...

im not an expert, we are a pawn shop

here is what happens, it powers up, but does not connect to remote, and no readings on remove

i downloaded an app for my phone and was able to connect it to my phone, but still no reading, i couldnt get it to read the weight 

Sold AS-IS, maybe im not doing it correct or maybe its faulty ...
