Greetings and welcome to Valley Auto Sport. As we hunt around for various different truck and equipment, we love to stumble into one loaded up like this one is. If you're in search of a truck with the ability to handle all different types of tasks and that will be affordable too, you just found THE ONE!! Where else can you find a 2003 model FL80 dump truck with only 58k ORIGINAL MILES on a Pre-emissions Cat and EVERY SERVICE RECORD FROM NEW?!? It would be perfect for farmers, paving contractors, landscapers, excavators, masons, snow-plow contractors, and so many others. As usual, WE'RE SELLING IT WITH NO RESERVE AND THE BID STARTS AT $1.00!!!! FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THOSE RESERVE AUCTIONS AND TRY A TRUE AUCTION. THIS TRUCK WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST BIDDER........NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Most dealers would list this tractor with a hefty reserve, but not Valley Auto Sport.....we've got the best merchandise and no reserves.

Now for a few details. To the best of our knowledge this truck has had 1 previous owner since new. We purchased it from a local municipality where it was used for road maintenance work and snow removal. It was obviously used to plow in and around the county, but also used for other general maintenance work over the years. On the back sits a 10' long STAINLESS STEEL DUMP BODY that is heated, is in great condition and will never rust. Just the body alone is worth a mint, and this is a very well optioned truck. Also included is an 11' power angle road plow, a stainless steel tailgate spreader with tailgate spinner, and an asphalt/stone conveyor/distributor that could also be used for mulch or sand or other bulk material. We did not test the spreaders, but everything seems to be complete and they will be loaded in the bed for transport home along with the plow. We have no reason to believe there are any issues, but you will be buying them untested. Under the cab, sits a very powerful PRE-EMISSIONS Cat 3126 turbo diesel engine with only has 58k ORIGINAL MILES and 275hp!! It has plenty of power to motivate this truck to highway speeds empty or loaded and none of the more recent DEF or DPF or other emissions components that seem to plague the newer trucks. In addition, we were handed a stack of handwritten and printed service records of every maintenance and service performed on the truck since new!! We have included some pictures below to show you just how complete this service pedigree is and we doubt you'll ever find a truck with this type of documented service history.....it's just incredible. The engine is mated to a very heavy duty Allison Automatic Transmission and includes live hydraulics for the dump/plow/spreader as well. Folks, this is not some wimpy little dump truck, but rather a very well optioned truck with some very expensive features and options....you won't find many like it on the used market. The new owner will get a great medium duty dump truck for a great price.....you will save a bunch of money buying here. The first owner has paid all of the initial depreciation hit, so you have the opportunity to make a great buy on an incredible truck. If you're in the market for a high quality dump truck, then you really need to give this serious consideration. The cost of this set-up when new was very high and new trucks today are ridiculously expensive so the savings will be enormous buying a used one like this. This is the right truck with the right specs, comprehensive service history and great miles....honestly, how many others like it could you expect to find in the used market with a Dump Body, Plow, Spreaders, Pre-emissions Cat/Allison Auto with miles this low? If we could figure out a good reason to keep it, we absolutely would. You'll have to search long and hard to find another one like it, so don't miss your chance. We have been selling on eBay for 20+ years, and have over 1000 positive feedbacks.....skip the rest and work with the best. We've got the reputation, experience, and best trucks on eBay.....go with the sure thing!!

Now for the condition report. The exterior and interior of the cab are absolutely incredible. Yes it's a 2003 work/plow truck, but we honestly have never had a used truck this clean or this well maintained....words just don't do it justice. The body looks great since it's stainless steel and just shows some minor signs of use. You would expect to find a decent amount of rust and corrosion underneath from the plowing and salting, but there is virutally nothing more than some VERY MINOR surface rust and almost none of that either. We simply can't get over the quality and condition of this amazing truck. Inside, the seats are in great shape and the truck seems to run and drive very well, but please keep in mind that this is a used work truck. It is in exceptional condition in our opinion, but will be sold AS-IS with no warranty which is how we sell all of our trucks. Mechanically the truck runs great and everything seems to work as it should. We just had it in to our local truck service center for a fresh PA/DOT inspection and it passed with flying colors. If you check out the service history, you'll see that no expense was spared over the years to be sure it was ready to work. The tires are size 315/80 R22.5 with about 70% tread up front and 11R 22.5 with 70% average tread on the rears. Listen folks, you will have a hard time finding another truck like this anywhere being sold for less than this. Somebody is going to get a great deal on this truck!! You must be able to pay cash (in person) or have a loan pre-approved BEFORE bidding. We do not offer any type of financing!!
Many online banks require their checks to be used at a Franchised Dealer only. We are a Licensed, Independent Used Car Dealership not a Franchised Dealer. Make sure to check with your bank regarding this difference before you bid.
If you have negative feedback or no feedback please contact us prior to bidding or we reserve the right to cancel your bid. We will try to be as accommodating as possible.
Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction at any time without any liability to the Seller.
No bid retractions within 24 hours of auction end. If you're not sure.....don't bid.
Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end.
Vehicle inspections are welcome but must be completed prior to the close of the auction at the bidder's expense.
We require a 10% deposit within 3 days of the close of the auction and full payment must be received within 10 days of the close of the auction. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE - If you don't complete the sale, your deposit will not be returned. We accept Certified/Cashiers Checks, Bank Checks or Wire Transfers unless other arrangements are made in advance.
We will be happy to provide transportation from the airport or train station in Harrisburg if you provide us with your schedule.
Buyer is responsible for shipping however we will gladly help with the logistics.
We charge a $250.00 fee to all buyers ($50 doc fee and $200 processing fee). PA residents must pay sales tax and state registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, and local taxes and fees that may apply in the state the vehicle will be registered, however we will provide a 30-day temporary tag with proof of insurance from your agent or insurance company.
Part of our qualification process is test driving our vehicles. Therefore, this vehicle may have a few more miles than we list above. We try to keep it within 100-200 miles of the number shown above.
Please remember that this is a used vehicle and is sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We make every effort to describe any and all imperfections, however all used vehicles may or may not have chips, dents, scratches, or imperfections as a result of normal everyday use. We will disclose any known mechanical, structural, exterior, and interior problems. We would welcome anyone who would like inspect the vehicle prior to bidding. Since this vehicle is used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, cd cartridges, tool kits, etc., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. Any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or the seller is to take place in the State of Pennsylvania in the Dauphin County Courthouse.
