How to Install

  • Install and tighten the fixing screws of the compressor.
  • Connect the compressor harness connector.
  • Install the high/low-pressure connector of the compressor.
  • Install the driving belt.
  • Connect the negative wire and cable of the battery.
  • Operation of refrigerant filling procedure of air conditioning compressor.

 

Notes

  • It is recommended to clean the refrigeration system of the AC compressor first, and then replace the clutch of the AC compressor.
  • Replace new O-rings at each joint and apply refrigerant lubricant during installation. In addition, the lubricant must be suitable for the O-ring groove.
  •  Do not pour the used refrigerant lubricant back into the container to avoid contamination, and do not mix it with other refrigerant lubricants
  • The installation manual is not included. We strongly recommend professional installation. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • Please allow the slight difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
