It normally takes :

7-14 business days for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Asian countries.
14-21 business days for Spain, German, Middle East countries.
18-25 business days for Russia, Brazil, Italy, France, European countries.
24-32 business days for South American countries.

We send items by air mail to the buyer without track number. There maybe some delay due to flight, holiday, weather, local post, local natural disaster impact. if your shipment delays, we hope  you can be patient, and at the same time contact us, we will try our best to help you.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If any item is defective upon receipt or do not work, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 30 days after the buyer receiving the item.

Returned item has to be in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs . After receiving the return we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.
