LOVE THESE!!! These tiny old dolls are porcelain with original crocheted outfits. I am told they are Carl Horn Germany. They are not signed....I see no damage at all....just aging. Each measures almost 1 1/2 inches tall. They are dressed in similar traditional costumes, so they are a true boy/ girl pair. Please feel free to ask any questions.
In photos 10 and 11 you can see the back of their heads....there is a tiny spot where the paint has rubbed off...I can feel that the spot is not rough like a chip....just some of the paint has rubbed a spot on each....a little larger on the boy, but tiny on both.....Also on the back of the girls left leg where the boot is painted black (see photos 9 and 10) I have examined this with a magnifying glass and cannot tell if this is in the making or a bit of a scrape.....actually less noticeable in person.....
