This is a fine quality Antique Japanese Meiji era cloisonne enamel brooch which dates to c. 1900. It has an attractive scroll-like design with brass wires and a brass back. It is in very good condition with only very minor wear commensurate with its age and mentioned for complete accuracy (please see photos).  It measures 1 inch in diameter also.
