This is a new with tags Nike dark blue swim brief; men's size 38 (waist measures 17 inches lying flat unstretched). Features all blue, tight fit stretch, elasticized waistband with inner drawstring, inner front lining, and white embroidered Swoosh on front. Item has been stored and shipped from a smoke free location. Note: No returns on swim briefs / suits for hygiene reasons.
Shipping-
We ship using various USPS classes of service depending on the size and weight
of the item(s), from Southern Arizona. Items will ship within 24 hours of
received payment and buyer will be provided tracking details. Item will ship to
address listed for buyer's eBay account at the time of purchase. Exact shipping
times vary, and are dependent on USPS, but packages should be delivered within
3-6 business days of ship. We are currently only able to ship within the United
States.
Returns
We strive to provide complete details of item condition as well as pictures from all angles, highlighting any defects if needed. If you receive an item that you feel is not as described, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. In this case, we will provide return shipping at no cost to the buyer. In the event that you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected or is otherwise no longer what you desire, we accept returns within 30 days of item delivery. The item must be in the same condition as it was received (tags/stickers attached if applicable, unwashed, pet/smoke free, etc) and buyer will provide return shipping. Please contact us if you would like to return an item for any reason after it has been received. Any items listed as not returnable for hygiene reasons, will have 50% deducted from refund if buyer requests return in-spite of our stated policy.
