Honda gx100 compactor plate for spare and repairs

It’s come from a hire tool shop so has been well used, unsure of the compactor plate brand. Good compactor plate/ wacker plate if some one can fix.

The pull cord housing needs fixing as is missing few bolts for the housing, but new ones can be bought on eBay for cheap.

The compactor plate works but there is a problem with the engine, it’s starts and runs but blows white smoke, I have a video but can’t upload to eBay. Which makes me think it’s burning oil somehow. I am unsure of how to fix which is reason for sale.

The wacker plate needs a good going over/service as there may be more wrong with it that I’ve listed but I am unsure.

So being sold as seen for spare and repairs may possibly be a good deal.
