The pharmaceutical companies quit advertising their product on merchandise many years ago. This pen is now considered rare and are collectible. Due to the age of this pen, it may need the ink barrel replaced, which can be purchased at Staples and most office supply stores. 

The pen in the photo is exactly what you are bidding on and will receive. It will be packaged well protected to prevent any damage during the shipping process.
