You are looking at a used Hair Bow. This is a satin like material that is gathered in the center.  The fabric is white with small black polka dots.  The white fabric has a few places that have yellowed due to age.  Additionally, the fabric strip that gathers the center has come unglued.  The glue is visible, but the fabric is not held down.  The elastic portion is a bit stretched out.  

  • Measures approximately 6" wide from end to end.
  • This was purchased in the 1980's.
