The harmonica was produced prior to WWII

The "star" trade mark was used in this period.

As seen in the photos. This instrument was well taken care of. The metal work remains in fine original condition... no dents or wear to the finish. Noted in photo. #6 are 2 lamination lines. The wood backbone has a "figured wood" veneer as does the all wood case.

The photos. will show a loss of wood to the back, top edge of the case. Also seen is some age related wear to the edges of the case.

The tone of this instrument is very good with some reed distortion noted on the base register.
