Item:  Fireman Sam 'burning house' building- made in 2011 by Prism.  As well as the house, also included is a side staircase that clips on to the house.  The house has some interactive features with part of the floor and roof falling down, and 2x flames that can be retracted into the building.  The fire engine Jupiter is also included, along with Fireman Sam & Elvis figures.  

Condition:  The building has plenty of signs of previous use and some wear and tear, including some pen marks on the front and inside.  The front door is missing and all of the furnishings are missing.  Jupiter is missing a side door and the right passenger door but is otherwise in good condition.  The two figures have only minor signs of wear.
