This is an antique Middle Eastern serving bowl with lid, made of hand-hammered copper from the mid to late 19th century (1850-1899).

It is silver in color with traces of the gold-colored copper. The design appears to be traditional, with a slightly scalloped edge on the serving bowl, and decorative, hammered ring patterns on the outside of the cover.

This is not a replica. It is an original piece from the Middle East and is likely to have been used for serving food.

It is quite heavy and rustically elegant in appearance. It does not appear to have any noticeable damage, although it is expectedly worn, consistent with its age.

Dimensions are aprox:

9” W X 6.5” H

The Serving Bowl is aprox 1.5” Deep
