Everything described and shown in the pictures below is included in this listing. The box shows wear and has been taped on two corners. The Playing Board is dated 1985. The Rules & History Book is included in the package. All the property cards are included. The gold tokens number 11 due to the "Special Anniversary Token" of a Train Engine. There are 32 wooden houses but an extra wooden hotel (13 instead of 12).
