Vintage Gold Coloured Framed Glasses, SPECTACLES marked 10-10 WOC on Bridge

This pair of gold coloured vintage spectacles are in very good condition for their age marked 10-10 WOC on the bridge - don't know what that means. Gold coloured metal frames no hallmarks. They are cased and measure 11 cm hinge to hinge, 4 cm lens diameter. Leg length 10 cm but are wire legs, so some flexibility with this.
