You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #RH-1 "Ranch House."  

This is an early 1951 Plasticville production kit. NOTE: this is the yellow walls and brilliant white roof version. The plastic parts to this kit are in "excellent+++++" condition and the chimney is original.

There is NO box. A very nice collectible piece. 

These ranch houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection. A very "retro" looking kit from the 1950's.
