Road Operators’ Safety Council – 10 Years Safe Conducting, vintage enamel medallion.

This is a good example of a 1¾”grey metal Medallion / Pendant that reads 10 Years Safe Conducting – Road Operators’ Safety Council. It has a link at the top so that it can be hung from a chain or string or whatever. There are no marking at all on the flat back. I think it dates from the 1950s or 1960s? There are no cracks or chips to the enamel and it is in very good clean condition. (If it were to be cleaned with metal polish I think it would come up nice and shiny – but I have always been advised against doing that).
