Walt Disney Home Video Club, c1980s Badge.
This is a good example of a 1 ¾” laminated tin badge that shows Mickey Mouse and the words Walt Disney Home Video Club. In tiny letters at the bottom edge it has a copyright for The Walt Disney Company. I am fairly sure that it dates from around the late 1980s.
If there is a white spot or a small white strip showing on this badge it is not a scratch or other fault. It is due to the overhead light when I took the picture.
