This tank top from Maui Nix Surf Shop in Ft. Lauderdale.  It is a size XXL.  It appears to be in new condition, but has no tags.  It doesn't look like it was worn or washed.

across the bottom of the shirt:  27"

length from the neckline on the back to the bottom:  31"
