Description of item for sale: This intricatedly carved cabinet is from France and dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's.  It is made of oak with a dark finish.  It is high quality with excellent fit and finish.  The lid and door open and close smoothly.  This cabinet is in very good antique condition with only very minor chips and discolorations consistent with its age.  There is no woodworm or dry rot whatsoever.  As we do with all of our furniture, we finished it with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain its beauty for years to come.  Dimensions:  28.5" high, 22.5" wide and 20" deep.  (8147)
