Shipping is worldwide.  I will combine shipping whenever possible.

I'm a real human being, so there can sometimes be delays, but usually I ship by the end of the next business day (this means weekends and holidays don't count) after payment is received.  I will try very hard to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, all the time, holidays or not.

It is not possible to let eBay calculate the combined shipping automatically. If you proceed with the buy it now option, let me know. I will then refund the difference with the final shipping costs.

The total shipping costs depend on the weight. Often the total shipping costs does not go up for multiple items.
