A lot of two (2)....Nagoya, Japan, a 1937 issued propaganda postcards....Two uncommon, 85 year old exposition promotion postcards... The event was the 1937 Pan Pacific Peace Exposition held in Nagoya...

* The expo was held from 15th of March through May 31st of 1937 ...The Nagoya Pan-Pacific Peace Exposition was intended to promote industry, transportation, education, science, construction, architecture, social welfare, tourism, fine arts and crafts. .....Each of the approximately 28 participating nations or colonies had its own pavilion to promote its products and culture, and each of the prefectures of Japan had their own pavilions.There were over 4 million visitors to the exposition.

*Participating nations included China....The expo ended on May 31st and Japan invaded China in July of 1937 after the historic 'Marco Polo Bridge' incident.

*Note the LCD-Large Commemorative (ink) date-stamps...
