This is a very rare 19th century guitar.

Original 19th century guitar by Louis Panormo (London, circa 1830).


It is the work of the 19th century master craftsman Panormo.

Behind the wonderful Jacaranda.

String length: 635mm. A fully restored guitar in good condition.

Most parts are original, but the bridge has been replaced in Spanish style.


The original label was removed during repairs, so there is no label left. However, there is no doubt that it is a genuine work by Louis Panormo, and it comes with a certificate of authenticity from Dr. James Westblock of British Guitar Museum and a certificate of authenticity from period instrument player Taro Takeuchi.

Among the Panormo models, this is a high-end model with seven fan-shaped bracings. Panormo's unique way of driving the bass and singing the treble.


The tone is great and the frets play well.
