Our cover for this issue was created by photographing the 12" Indiana Jones action figure from Kenner (1982) in front of a lost cave painting by artist Brian Gilman. Alex G. Malloy Inc. kindly allowed use of the late period Egyptian ushabti and the terracotta cosmetic vessel seen in the foreground. The photograph was taken by Evan Cushman Wells (we also thank her for use of her jewels!)
