Japanese oban woodblock print by Ōta Masamitsu (Ōta Gako), Crazy for Autumn Leaves: The actor Onoe Baikojo VI (Momoji-gari, Onoe Baikojo). Number 9 from the series Figures from the Showa Stage (Showa butai sugata). The actor is shown portraying the Demon Woman from the play Kyogari. Signed Masamitsu, and with artist's seal Ko, published by Banchoro, c.1949. Embossed edition 160 /200.  The print has some creases, toning and a tear in the top margin, well away from the image area.
