Installation Instructions for the Adjustable Ball Joint Assembly：

This component shall be instaled by a professional staf exclusively.   Corect and efective installation could not be guaranted without professional skls andcorrect usage of tools.   The wrong installation would cause personal injury, vehicle damage or degradation of vehicle’ shandling performance.
operation procedures:

1. Park the vehicle in the appropriate position of the lift bench, fix the rear wheel tire with a wedge and wak around the vehicle to make an appearance inspection,check the abrasion of the tire and the tire pressure.

2.  Lift the vehicle to the appropriate height,instal the fixture for the algnment meter, Check according to the computer prompts. Measurement of vehicle four-wheel Angle data.

3. After the measurement of four-wheel angles, Place brake ejector lever and install steering wheel retainerr;pul up the handbrake or use electronic parkingAfter the measurement of four-wheel angles, place the brake pushrod and installthe steering wheel retaliner;pul up the handbrake or use electronic parking
according to the positioning of the vehicle.

4. Lift up the vehicle body, release the suspension, and remove the fixture and the tire of the concerning side

5. Remove the U-shaped control arm of the original car, remove the ball head assembly of the U-shaped control arm, replace it with the purchased adjustable ball head assembly, adjust and install the adjustable ball head assembly to the required height according to the wheel Angle measured above

6. Install the U-shaped control arm, and install the accessories connected to the original car and the control arm, after tightening according to the prescribed torch, install the fastening bolts and tires, and lower the car body

7.Install the positioning fixture, observe the change of wheel Angle on the computer screen, and repeat the above steps until the wheel Angle reaches the ideal value. Tighten the locking nut of the locking bolt to 34N.m above shall be repeated till the wheel

8. Adjust other angles, make a road test, review angles and adjust them. Notice:it shallcheck if there is the appropriate clearance between this product with vehicl
