The camera has the additional benefit of a built in optical viewfinder that is very useful in bright conditions .

I have also installed a new cr 2016 button cell battery so the internal settings are stored .

Images are saved to a compact flash card . ( card not included) .

The camera is in very good condition with just a few light surface marks on the body work in terms of signs of use . please see images as they are part of the description.

The rear display screen has only few light marks to its surface and is fully functional. The marks are not that noticeable in use .

All operational controls are working.

The cameras flash is working .

The lens has no marks or scratches and zooms in and out correctly and the lens blinds open and close fully when the camera is turned on and off .

All function controls are working .

The optical viewfinder is bright and clear

The battery compartment is clean and the door to it shuts securely.

The compact flash card compartment is clean and the door shuts securely. I would advise in not inserting a compact flash card with to high a memory capacity. Please remember that these older digicams were not designed to function with memory cards with a high capacity.
